What happens after I join?

After you join, we’ll guide you through a simple onboarding process so we can get to know you, your health history, and your goals. From there, you’ll have direct access to Dr. Melo for questions, visits, and ongoing care. Our goal is to make your care feel personal, proactive, and easy from day one.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes - you can upgrade or cancel your plan at any time, giving you flexibility as your needs change.

Are services covered by insurance?

No - to ensure our patients have direct access to Dr. Melo, including his cell phone number, along with the time and attention they need through 60–90 minute appointments and the higher standard of care you deserve, we operate outside the traditional insurance billing model.

What if I need to cancel?

You may cancel your membership anytime before the renewal period. No hidden fees or penalties.

What’s included in the annual physical?

A comprehensive evaluation that includes an EKG, spirometry, an InBody scan, and a proactive and personalized health strategy plan tailored to your goals

Can I talk to someone before joining?

Yes - absolutely. We’d love to welcome you to the clinic for a meet & greet with Dr. Melo, or connect with you for a virtual Q&A so you can learn more about The Way and see if it feels like the right fit.
